"Mick" McGarry P. Murray, II
Founder
McGarry Patrick Murray, II (“Mick”) is the founder of Cosaint Financial, LLC. Cosaint Financial, LLC focuses on the unique needs that retirees face approaching and while in retirement. Cosaint’s core beliefs include a holistic approach to retirement strategies that includes comprehensive advice consistent with the fiduciary level of care the company provides its clients.
Mick spent 10 years in commercial banking before beginning his insurance and financial services career in 1996. He has had various roles in the industry ranging from agent to sales manager to insurance company Vice President.
Mick was born and raised in the Chicago area and was fortunate enough to spend his grade school summers in Arbor Vitae, WI at his family owned resort. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from DePaul University. Mick loves to say that he is still married to his first wife, Deanna, and has two children, Devan and McGarry, III (“Trace”).
Mick’s greatest influences are his father, who taught him to expect great things while preparing for life’s curveballs; his mother, who taught him to serve others before himself; and his beautiful wife of almost 30 years, Deanna, who is a constant reminder that that his parents’ advice was sage indeed.
Mick is an avid Cubs fan who enjoys a good bone-in ribeye steak, especially when purchased by White Sox fans he’s recently won wagers from. Mick is licensed in life and health insurance (#2130744) and holds a Series 65 securities license (#6320250).
The Cosaint logo includes a shamrock which represents a nod to Mick’s Irish heritage. The 3 rings represent the 3 things we provide our customers: principal protection, a reasonable rate of return and simplicity.

Jessica Rosga
Director of Marketing and Events
Jessica is the Director of Marketing and Events with Cosaint Financial, LLC. She organizes all of our events, as well as managing appointments and annual reviews and assisting clients with policy deliveries. She loves meeting new people and working with them to help them achieve their financial goals. At Cosaint Financial, LLC, our clients are our first priority. Jessica graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology. She’s a hard worker and cares about the work she does but also fun-loving and loves to laugh. She spends her spare time with friends and family, going to sporting events, restaurants, hiking, or reading.

Felicia Scott
Director of Client Relations
Felicia is the Director of Client Relations at Cosaint Financial, LLC. She has several responsibilities, including client account and policy maintenance, preparing annual reviews and policy delivery documents, and submitting requests for various account-related services such as withdrawals, RMDs, and Claims. Felicia has a lot of experience in office management jobs and a talent for organization and creative thinking. Being able to organize the office structure and implement new and creative ideas to help things run smoother is her favorite part of the job.
When not working, her hobbies include reading, designing jewelry, and helping friends with home organization projects. She also enjoys traveling and, of course, spending time with her husband (married 20+ years) and their family and friends.

Olive Jacobs
Client Relations Coordinator
Olive Jacobs is the Client Relations Coordinator at Cosaint Financial LLC. She joined our Cosaint family in 2023 because she loves helping people and adding to the growth and success of Cosaint Financial, LLC. She has quickly taken on various responsibilities with a drive to give our clients consistent service. She handles the data entry of our seminar attendees, tracks client annual reviews and prepares correspondence regarding policy changes and other client reports.
Olive is very dependable, honest, and dedicated to giving her all at everything she does. Even in her personal life she dedicates at least 70 hours each month as a volunteer. Her goal is to help people make good choices and find ways to become better members of the community. When she isn’t working or volunteering, Olive loves spending time with her husband and friends.

Neringa Murray
Director of New Life and Annuity New Business
Neringa Murray holds the title of Director of New Life and Annuity New Business. She has a number of responsibilities, including running seminar events, handling new incoming business, managing and processing applications, and more. She enjoys the work that she does, particularly being able to collaborate with her coworkers and working with clients to help them reach their goals. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has worked in real estate sales and residential lending for a combined 20 years. She also managed the accounting side of her husband’s S corp business. Neringa is friendly, helpful, and smart. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She’s the proud mother of three–her oldest is currently in college to become a commercial pilot–and she has a dog named Maggy and two cats, Kora and Miles. Nergina was born in Lithuania and every few years, returns to visit her family there.

At Cosaint Financial, LLC, we understand that not everyone out there is as fortunate as we are. This is why we believe in the importance of giving back to our community.
